Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers. We also collect basic usage data, such as pages visited and the ad or link that brought you here.
To deliver guides and programs you request, schedule and hold calls, send updates and offers about RESET programs, answer questions, and improve the site and our advertising.
If you opt in, we may send text messages about your guide, program, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
We use service providers to run our business, including our customer management and email platform, payment processor, scheduling, and website hosting. They may process your information only to provide services to us. We don't sell your personal information.
RESET programs are education and exercise, not medical care. Please don't send private medical details through our forms. Coaching check-ins are not treatment and do not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Our programs for athletes under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
