RESET Dance · 12-week return to dance

Strong dancers jump higher and get hurt less.

Block 01 gets you back on the floor after a foot, ankle, hip, or back injury. Blocks 02–04 build the strength and jump power class doesn't.

Why dancers get hurt

01

Hours of repetition

Jumps, relevés, and turnout load the same tissues every single day.

02

Flexible, not strong

Range you can't control is range you can get hurt in.

03

Turnout from the wrong place

Forcing turnout from the knees and feet stresses joints that aren't built for it.

04

Under-fueling

Not eating enough for the training leads to stress fractures and lost strength.

02

Twelve weeks, four phases

01

Calm

Weeks 1–2

Get out of pain fast. Find where it's coming from and the movements that ease it.

02

Restore

Weeks 3–5

Clean up how you move and start real strength work.

03

Reinforce

Weeks 6–9

Add real load. Strength is what turns the alarm down.

04

Return

Weeks 10–12

Back to the things you've been avoiding.

Stronger athletes get hurt less and play longer.

I'm a chiropractor, a Coast Guard veteran, a former bodybuilding competitor, a husband, a father, and a business owner. Athletes of every age come to me with the same problem: they trained their sport and skipped the body that plays it.

Most sports injuries aren't bad luck. They're load piling up on a body that wasn't built to take it. RESET performance programs build that body, organized around your season.

Questions

Will lifting make me bulky?

No. Heavy, low-rep strength builds force without much size. Stronger dancers jump higher and get hurt less.

My dancer is under 18.

Parent guidance and a consent page are included in every block. An adult should supervise heavy lifts and jump training.

Do I need a gym?

No. Every exercise has a home version using a band and a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell. Gym options are listed for every exercise.

How do the weekly check-ins work?

After checkout you book an onboarding call. Custom and Doctor-Led members then check in every week by phone or video to review numbers and adjust the plan.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Custom and Doctor-Led are month to month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date.
